Information Classified as "Protected" or "Confidential" and above should be protected. If you are not familiar with Information Classification System ICS, you can learn all about it at Safecity Training Academy (Certificate IV in Security Risk Management)

This remarkable tiny drive fits in the USB port of your PC or Notebook. Once removed, the information stays within the drive and it is completely portable.

There are many portable USB drives available. Safecity's IT College Australia has selected the thumbdrive secure type. This is because the ThumbDrive secure can be locked and therefore provides additional security.

For the budget conscious we have added a third ThumbDrive that is not lockable. When storing files on these drives you should encrypt the data. Especially when dealing with Highly Protected or Confidential information.
